How long before my order is shipped ?
Your order will be prepared and shipped 48 hours after it has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you in 2-7 business days to addresses in Canada. Shipments to the U.S. should arrive within approx. 6-10 business days. Business days do not include weekend days or holidays.
How are delivery charges calculated ?
Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated based on on the value of your order and are calculated automatically. This method of calculation is valid for Canada and the United States. Details of the delivery costs for your order are provided just before the checkout process .
How do i track my order ?
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner UPS containing your package’s tracking information.
If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do ?
