Couscous is traditionally steamed in a special utensil called a
Couscoussier which is a traditional Moroccan pot features two pots in one:
*a perforated top pot for steaming couscous
* and a bottom container for stewing
meats ( beef, lamb, chicken ) and vegetables while steaming couscous on top.
